General, Deposits & Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days.

Bookings will be confirmed by email, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your full accommodation charge.  Payment by BACS or Cheque.

The remainder of the balance is due 28 days prior to your holiday.  If the balance is not paid when due, your booking may be cancelled.

If you book less than 28 days before the start of your holiday, we request full payment at booking.

Cancellations

Guests who pay full payment will receive 50% refund of the total cost if a cancellation is made at least 28 days before the start of the holiday.

Friday is our standard changeover day for week-longbookings.

Weekend Break – available from Fri-Mon (3 nights)
Midweek Break – available from Mon-Fri (4 nights)

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrivals – arrivals are welcome from 4pm onwards

Departures – We kindly ask guests to vacate the cottages by 10am on departure day to allow sufficient time to clean and refresh the property for the next guests.

Flexible changeover days are possible in Low Season – please do contact us if we can help with this.

House Rules & Pets

We would appreciate if guests leave accommodation as they find it, and we do not allow smoking in the cottages.

We regret that no pets allowed in either cottage, sorry.
